Refund Policy

At Fête, we take great care in preparing for each event and creating custom decor that brings your vision to life. Because every booking involves time, planning, and materials that are often ordered in advance, all deposits are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we will always do our best to work with you. However, any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of the business and are not guaranteed.

If you need to reschedule your event, please reach out as early as possible. We may be able to apply your payment(s) to a future date, depending on availability.

As outlined in our client contract, all bookings with Fête require the completion of a Service Fulfillment & Liability Release prior to our team exiting the event premises. This document ensures that, at the time of our departure, the event decor has been reviewed and approved by the client and meets the agreed-upon standards.

By signing this release on site, the client acknowledges full satisfaction with the services provided and accepts responsibility for the decor moving forward, whilst a Fête employee is not on the premises. This agreement confirms the successful fulfillment of our services and waives any right to request a refund based on dissatisfaction after the event has concluded.
