Before we dive into planning the pretty details, here are a few guidelines that help everything run smoothly. These policies ensure clarity, communication, and a shared understanding of what to expect from start to finish. They’re designed to protect your time, your investment, and the quality of service we’re proud to provide. 1. Minimum Investment

Full-Service: $250

Delivery Only: $150

Grab & Go Pickup: $90
-
All amounts before delivery & taxes.

Promotional items or sales are not included in minimum spend unless noted.
2. Retainer & Securing Your Date

50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and installation window.

Full-service bookings include teardown/breakdown timing at booking.
3. Design Previews
-
Sketches available upon request after retainer.

Digital mockups $30 extra.

Previews give a general sense of design direction, not exact scale or colors.
4. Final Payment
-
Due 5 days before installation or pickup.

Late fee: $25.
-
Late or missed payments may cancel installation or pickup.

Payments made will be forfeited by the client if not received 48 hours before event.
5. Delivery & Installation

15-minute arrival window for installs and breakdown.
-
Late-night teardown after 9 PM: $100 fee.

Strike fees for large installs and/or events requiring décor disposal off-site.
6. Grab & Go Pickup

Items must fit safely in client’s vehicle.
-
Fête is not responsible for damage, popping, weather, or driver safety.
7. Rentals & Equipment

All rentals are managed exclusively by Fête.
-
Clients do not pick up or return equipment unless stated.
8. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Adjustments

May be allowed depending on availability.

Notify Fête within 2 weeks for reschedule or cancellation.

New date must be chosen within 2 weeks of notice, from dates up to 1 year out.

Same décor order used; minor adjustments allowed.

Cancellations under 2 weeks forfeit payments.
9. Photography & Sharing
Fête may use photos or videos for portfolio, social media, and promotion unless requested otherwise.
10. Balloon Care & Longevity
Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, sun, and handling. Longevity cannot be guaranteed once installed or transported.
11. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, safe venue access & restrictions.

Secure installation permissions.

Communicate venue limitations (anchors, hooks, ladders, tape, etc.).
