Welcome to the Fête website! By using this website and/or booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Please note, there is a secondary formal service agreement contract, which will be emailed to you, that must be filled out and signed by all parties for any bookings to be scheduled.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Fête. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fête. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any updates means you accept those changes.

2. Services and Bookings

Fête provides custom balloon decor and event styling services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To begin the booking process, clients must fill out the intake form located under the Options tab of the website.

Booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and a service agreement is signed.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted based on the specific details of each event and may vary depending on design complexity, location, and materials used.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is typically due the week of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Late or missed payments may result in service refusal, cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to additional fees and/or a zero refund policy.
If we must cancel our services, for any reason, reschedule-dates or refunds are issued at Fête's discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate event details
Ensuring proper access to the venue at the scheduled setup time
Notifying us of any restrictions or rules related to the event space

Once decor is installed, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, tampering, or improper handling.

6. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Fête and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We take great care in our work, but certain factors (like weather or venue restrictions) may be out of our control.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
